Leveraging Strengths:
Town-Gown Sustainability Partnerships in Pennsylvania
Don't miss this fascinating symposium on Environmental Outreach planned by PERC's Green PA working team. Discover the ways that institutions are leveraging their strengths and those of their community to build momentum toward sustainability. (See below for
highlights of speakers and
content.) Mark your calendars for Friday, September 14th, 2012 at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.
Make it a "twofer": Bill McKibben (of 350.org) will be speaking at F&M the day before (Sept. 13th) at 11:30am in F&M's Mayser Gymnasium. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet Bill at a reception following his talk. Come for the symposium a day early and get a chance to meet Bill in person.
