In January of 2010, PERC's Executive Committee began a process we call ReVision 2010. The process extended over months and involved strategic planning, including a detailed envisioning of the organization's future as well as writing both mission and vision statements.  Significant research Students at Millersville, Green Lancasterand planning was done into methods of funding the potential we saw in the organization and an ambitious list of PERC objectives was set for the 2010-2011 academic year. In May, PERC held a webinar that communicated the process to the member institutions and called for a vote on instituting member dues.  The motion carried overwhelmingly, with only one dissenting vote.
